This site is a tribute to Jean Wootten, who has touched many hearts over the years. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

As we draw close to her memorial ceremony, to further honour her memory, we would like to give as much as we can to the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Trust, a charity that specialises in the research of this disease and is working towards a cure or otherwise help those families which have been touched by it. In this case, in 1966 on Christmas Day, Jean lost her beloved son, aged 12, to this disease. His name was Peter Wootten. 

Her Memorial Service Date is yet to be confirmed.
